DEP HEARING ON BROAD MOUNTAIN POWER'S NPDES PERMIT

A Public Hearing was held on December 4, 2019 regarding Broad Mountain Power, LLC's application for NPDES Permit.  

Below are testimonies given by various citizens of Packer Township, Nesquehoning, Lake Hauto, and various environmental groups and political personnel that attended and spoke at the hearing.Over 25 people presented testimony in person and others in writing.  Please review.  Testimonies are still being accepted until December 18, 2019 in writing to the DEP.
